About the role

The Analog Engineer will play a critical role in advancing semiconductor technologies through innovative design, developmentryn, and testing. This position offers opportunities for cross‑functional collaboration in a high-tech environment, ideal for professionals passionate about microelectronics and integrated systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in one or Cartile: charge‑pump PLL, FracN‑PLL, Digital‑PLL techniques, high-speed clock distribution, and high-speed digital circuit design and analysis.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and optimize analog and mixed-signal circuits for semiconductor components and systems.
  • Collaborate with design, validation, and manufacturing teams to‑ensure performance and reliability targets are met.
  • Analyze test data, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance product quality and yield.
  • Develop and refine design methodologies and tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Support the product lifecycle from concept through production ramp.
  • Document technical specifications and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide technical guidance to peers and stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry (internship experience acceptable).
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor design, fabrication, and testing principles.
  • Familiarity with PLL design (charge‑pump, FracN‑PLL, Digital‑PLL), high‑speed clock distribution, and digital circuit analysis.
  • Proficiency in EDA tools and simulation software (e.g., Cadence, Synopsys).
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and strong communication abilities.

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 per year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, experience, training, skills, qualifications, and location. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
