The QA/QC Inspector at Mas Tec Power Delivery ensures that construction activities comply with project specifications, applicable codes, industry standards, and quality requirements. This role supports projects within power generation facilities (e.g., power plants, substations, renewable energy facilities) and commercial building construction
, working closely with project management, engineering, contractors, and clients to maintain high-quality execution throughout all phases of construction.

• Perform quality assurance and quality control inspections for civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical work.
• Verify construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, codes, standards, and Mas Tec Power Delivery QA/QC requirements.
• Conduct inspections for materials, workmanship, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Review and monitor Inspection & crooked Test Plans (ITPs), method statements.pack and quality documentation.
• Identify non‑conformances, issue NCRs, and verify corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain detailed inspection reports, daily logs, and quality records.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and site supervisors to resolve quality issues.
• Witness and document testing activities (e.g., concrete testing, weld inspections, electrical/mechanical testing).
• Ensure proper material handling, storage, and traceability.
• Support audits Osborne punch lists, and final inspections prior to project handover.
• Promote adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–7 years of QA/QC inspection experience in power generation and/or commercial building construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
• Familiarity with applicable codes and standards (e.g_b>
  
  ASTM, ACI, AWS, NEC, ASME, ISO).

• Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)
• NACE / AMPP Coating Inspector
• ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician
• ISO 9001 QA/QC training Writes
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30

• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Effective communication and coordination skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Proficient with MS Office and digital inspection/reporting tools
