We are looking for a dynamic, energetic Lead Emulation and Prototyping Engineer to create hardware validation platforms and debug complex issues involving both hardware and software.
Our system integration and validation team develops hardware systems for pre‑silicon and silicon validation of our advanced FPGA and ACAP families. We use both commercial emulation/prototyping systems and FPGA evaluation boards. Our objective is to develop platforms pre‑tapeout to functionally validate the latest silicon features.
THE PERSON:The ideal candidate is self‑driven, methodical, and enjoys troubleshooting / problem‑solving. The individual proactively seeks to address challenges across the team and project. The person has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop pre‑silicon hardware setups using commercial / custom prototyping and emulation platforms
- Collaborate with design, verification and validation teams to debug issues found on the platforms and final silicon.
