Project Manager; Utility BESS

Responsibilities

• Manage project and commissioning works of Trina’s energy storage projects in the Europe cooperating with internal teams, suppliers and contractors
• Support Trina’s project execution efforts by developing and executing commisioning Plans
• Manage and negotiate contracts with customers in terms of project delivery claus
• Lead project effort to achieve commercial operations, and handover from delivery/construction team to the O&M team for each project
• Comply with company policies, ensuring supplier and contractors follow up H&S regulations
• Develop and execute testing protocols based on market rules, DNO requirements and contractual obligations
• Produce project progress reports and project’s risk matrix

• Suitable engineering degree or qualifications
• Related experience in managing project and commissioning work of electrical equipment in the context of Solar PV and/or Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects or other renewable energy projects.
• Must have experience on adhering to safety regulations (CDM) in an operational setting
• Strong experience supervising site activities amongst different contractors
• Familiar with related electrical standards, Regulations and Legislation
• Ability to adapt to dynamic conditions and stay focused/execute on goals under tight deadlines
• Highly developed interpersonal skills with ability to interface with multiple parties (contractors, suppliers, client representatives)
• CSCS card holder or eq.
• Excellent MS Office capabilities, SCADA and MODBUS experience will be a plus;
• Must be willing and able to travel in support of existing & new Energy Storage fleet
• Passion for your work, strong communication skills, a flexible and positive attitude, structured and dedicated way of working
• Languages:
  
  Fluent Polish and English any other addition language will be a plus
