Join Max Linear as an RF/MS IC Design Engineer in Optical Networking & SERDES.
Responsibilities- Architecture, design, implementation, and verification of RF/mixed‑signal systems for SERDES and optical networking applications.
- Architect, design, simulate, and verify RF and mixed‑signal circuit IPs for high‑speed SERDES and optical communication systems.
- Design and implement critical circuit blocks including PLLs, VCOs, ADCs, DACs, and high‑speed transceiver components.
- Debug silicon issues and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to bring ICs to volume production.
- BS in Electrical Engineering or related field with at least 5 years of experience, or MS with at least 3 years, or Ph.D. in relevant field.
- Experience in RF/mixed‑signal IC design, particularly high‑speed Ser Des or optical networking.
Max Linear offers a base salary range of $117,832 to $236,090 per year, with discretionary annual bonus eligibility and stock‑based compensation. Benefits include health care, 401(k) plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), and paid time off.
