Compensation:
Starting at $20+/hour (weekly pay!)
Contract Length:
Remainder of the school year with summer and next - school - year extensions available
Training:
Paid training and onboarding provided
- Provide behavioral support to students in classroom, small - group, and 1:1 settings
- Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of school or clinical staff
- Document student progress and follow behavior protocols
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support teams
- Maintain a positive, encouraging environment that supports student growth
- Experience working with children or students (school-based experience a plus!)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to remain patient, calm, and supportive
- Reliability and willingness to work in an on - call or flexible schedule
- Interest in growing within education, ABA, or behavioral health fields

The Behavior Technician works to facilitate educational and behavioral services with children and adults with special needs and collaborates with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives.
Minimum Requirements:- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
