This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Teacher located in San Jose, CA. The Business Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging business courses, assessing student progress, and providing mentorship to promote academic and professional success. Additional responsibilities include creating innovative lesson plans, integrating real-world examples into the curriculum, and participating in department and college-wide initiatives to enhance educational programs.

• Strong knowledge of Business concepts such as management, marketing, economics, or finance
• Experience in lesson planning, curriculum development, and teaching in the field of Business
• Effective communication, public speaking, and presentation skills
• Ability to assess and evaluate student progress, and provide constructive feedback
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment
• Proficiency in leveraging technology for teaching, including online learning platforms
• Master s degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline is required; doctoral degree and prior teaching experience are preferred
• Experience working in a professional business environment or familiarity with current industry trends is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate with faculty and staff
