We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Technician to join our school-based team in San Jose, CA. This role focuses on supporting students with behavioral and social-emotional needs in an educational setting. You will work closely with teachers, school staff, and other specialists to implement individualized behavior intervention plans and promote positive student outcomes.

• Provide direct 1:1 or small group behavioral support to students in classroom and school environments.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or supervising clinician.
• Collect and record data on student progress and behavioral goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency in interventions.
• Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred).
• Experience working with children or adolescents in a behavioral or educational setting.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and behavior management techniques is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

• $28–$30 per hour (based on experience and qualifications).
