Children in our preschool classrooms are 2 and 3 years old.

Responsibilities- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
- Support children’s individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth
- MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED
- 12 or more core units in Early Childhood Education Required
- Work experience in a licensed child care facility as a preschool or prekindergarten teacher
- Must meet basic requirements of local child care regulatory agency including fingerprinting and background check
- Proficient computer and internet skills
- Highly professional and dependable
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
- Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
