This is a full‑time position designed for recent graduates and the class of 2026 who are passionate about education and have the drive to grow into a future leader in the education industry. The successful candidate will work alongside our Silicon Valley teaching team while also focusing on the operational aspects of our business.
You will have the resources to become a great math educator and provide world‑class teaching services to PreK‑9th graders of all levels. In order to foster a well‑rounded leader in the education industry, this role will also give you the chance to participate in Think Academy’s business functions, including operations and marketing. This role is ideal for those wanting to become branch directors, department managers, and even a part of Think Academy’s global expansion in emerging markets.

Job Responsibilities- Assigned to grade department (lower / higher / middle school)
- Plan and execute teaching‑related activities that include:
- Teaching short‑term and long‑term group classes in classroom setting
- Holding office hours and providing 1‑on‑1 help
- Grading students’ homework and assignments
- Develop tailored mathematical learning plans for students based on their current abilities and goals, facilitating their enrollment in short‑term or long‑term courses
Annual package: $65,000 – $90,000 (includes teaching rate, semesterly performance bonus, and administrative rate)
Teaching hours: $45–70/hour for classroom instruction (depending on experience)
Administrative hourly rate: $22–25/hour for preparation, training, and collaboration
Performance bonus: up to 15–30% each semester
Sample Schedule- Teach 6–7 classes (12–14 hours/week) to start
- Weekday office hours (Wed–Fri morning) for prep, training, parent/student communication, and team meetings
- Weekday afternoon 4:00 pm teaching
- Weekend teaching (Sat–Sun)
- Open to all majors – we provide training and professional growth program
- Previous experience teaching or tutoring students will be a plus but not required
- Passionate about the education industry, with a strong will to motivate and inspire students; must be patient and empathetic when working with students and parents
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility
- A team player able to collaborate effectively with other teachers and staff
- Must have valid work authorization to start (no sponsorship for this position)
