Position Details:
Patient Population: Adults (5+ years to all ages) OR Pediatric/Adolescent (5 17 years)
Setting: Outpatient clinic (Telehealth and In-Person)
Responsibilities: Psychiatric evaluations, medication management, collaboration with care teams, documentation, treatment planning, telehealth and in-office psychiatric services
Required Procedures: Psychiatric assessments, MSEs, medication management, telehealth consults
EMR System: Avatar NX
Support Staff: Multidisciplinary clinical team
Days Per Month: Based on hours/week
On-Call/Weekends: None
Submission Requirements:
- Active CA State License
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABPN Adult and/or Child Psychiatry)
- Flu vaccination (or approved exemption)
- COVID vaccination (or approved exemption)
