We are seeking a board-certified Neonatologist for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in California, starting Mar 16, 2026. This position offers day shifts from 8AM to 5PM in 5-7 day blocks, providing in-house coverage in the unit without requiring overnight shifts. Candidates must hold a current California license and have at least one year of recent clinical experience within Neonatology.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Deliver direct patient care in a neonatal intensive care unit
- Participate in daily clinical rounds and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
- Manage acute and chronic conditions specific to neonates
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies
- Adhere to established protocols and quality standards of care
Additional Information
- Board certification in Neonatology required; board eligible candidates are not accepted
- Valid California medical license required
- Must have been clinically active within the past year with at least one year of experience in Neonatology
- Submission of a completed prescreen questionnaire and CV in MM/YYYY format (with all gaps explained) required
- Copy of NPDB self-query report required
- Preference given to candidates residing in California
