We’re looking for residents or fellows completing their training in 2025 or 2026 to become full‑time primary care physicians in one of our San Francisco/Bay Area offices. The role involves managing a diverse patient panel, delivering care in‑office, test centers, and through tele‑health visits, and collaborating closely with in‑office and virtual clinical teams.

• Manage a patient panel with broad patient needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in‑office or test centers, and conduct occasional tele‑health visits
• Participate in weekly clinical rounds and continuous learning opportunities
• Collaborate with in‑office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams
• Utilize your clinical training and perform in‑office procedures as appropriate
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program
• Board‑eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or completed residency within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available board exam
• State license in California obtained before your One Medical start date

Full time

The base salary is $308,700 per year, with potential additional pay based on qualifications and practice experience. Total compensation may include annual performance bonus, benefits, and other incentive plans.
