About

The Opportunity:

We're looking for a senior Content Designer leader to scale our discipline, own key projects, and lead content initiatives to delight users and drive business goals. You will optimize standards and workflows to improve messaging quality and team-wide efficiency, mentor other content designers, and collaborate with stakeholders across Product Management, Product Design, Marketing, User Research, Engineering, and Globalization.

• Partner with Product Management and Product Design to plan, design, and deliver world-class experiences for our users.
• Create and scale content and messaging strategies that serve users and drive key business goals.
• Develop frameworks, guidelines, and processes to improve content quality and increase workflow efficiency.
• Analyze our products and services end-to-end to identify opportunities to optimize the product experience.
• Incorporate user research, data, and metrics into content decisions, and help quantify the impact of our work.
• Mentor other content designers by sharing experiences and giving actionable feedback to help them improve.

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience leading content design
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders from Product Management, Product Design, Marketing, User Research, Engineering, and Globalization
• Strong user empathy and advocacy, with ability to align content with business goals
• Ability to adapt quickly and work with a global team across time zones in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity working with compliance and legal teams and navigating complex regulatory requirements
• Experience managing or mentoring content designers
• Experience defining, tracking, and reporting on content metrics and quantifying content design impact
• A portfolio or writing samples to share
• Familiarity with common design software and content management systems

• Ability to understand and communicate in Mandarin
• Passion for cryptocurrency and familiarity with consumer financial products

• The salary range for this position is $214,666 - $268,333
• The salary offered depends on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided, along with medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
