This role engages with team members to contribute to user experience solutions and improvements. The designer collaborates on projects that ensure user needs are met through effective design and assists in developing user-centered design concepts. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing user feedback to inform design decisions, exercising judgment within defined processes, and enhancing user experience through collaborative efforts.

• Perform portions of designs that are user‑centric and visually appealing, requiring general domain knowledge and developing business expertise.
• Support and may lead projects of limited scope that impact the product function.
• Analyze and make decisions within limited parameters under regular supervision.
• Receive regular and general instruction and guidance from more experienced colleagues on work in the form of specific objectives.

• 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $100,500 to $173,250. Actual compensation is based on work location, relevant skills, and experience.
