Overview
We are looking for a caring Lead RDA who is ready to join our team and mission in helping patients feel better in many ways.
Responsibilities overseen by this role include all phases of assisting and back-office flow management. The candidate should be a loyal, positive, responsible, reliable, diligent, organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented and friendly team player with a passion to help and inspire others. They should be open to challenges within the field and always aiming to make a difference. Excellent computer, communication, and writing skills are expected.
The role requires willingness to be trained, positive reception to constructive criticism, and fast learning. The position involves all phases of dentistry and requires availability Monday–Friday with one Saturday per month.

- At least 2 years dental experience preferred
- Experience with dental software is a plus
- Speaking Spanish is preferred but not necessary
