• Answer incoming calls professionally while meeting performance standards for availability, talk time, and call volume
• Provide superior customer service by assisting clients with inquiries about their insurance coverage
• Initiate claims and provide clients with status updates
• Draft written responses to customer inquiries, utilizing strong writing skills
• Collaborate on shift scheduling to accommodate national client coverage needs

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience
• Ability to prioritize workflow and manage multiple claims simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to clients
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or GED required

• Ability to navigate Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working in a call center environment
