- Collaborate with the Drama director so as to align with overall goals of the course.
- Guide students through the creative process of designing lighting, sound, set, and costume elements.
- Mentor and support students in developing their artistic skills through working on a theatrical presentation.
- Assist the school site's theater teacher by helping to maintain and perform minor repairs as needed to the theater's equipment.
- Foster student creativity, discipline, and teamwork in a culturally responsive and inclusive environment.
- Experience with technical aspects of the theater including but not limited to lighting, sound, set, fight coordination, intimacy training, and sound design.
- Experience supervising volunteers, interns, or students is preferred.
- Experience working with other theater personnel and outside clients.
