Multi Media Designer

Description

The Multimedia Designer will play a key role on the US Consumer Creative Team, supporting diverse creative and production needs across print and digital platforms from concept through final production. This role blends design talent with production expertise and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across multiple mediums, and brings exceptional attention to detail.

In this role, you’ll work on projects spanning packaging, social media, photography, video, AI-driven creative, and integrated campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences - ensuring every deliverable aligns with brand standards and quality benchmarks. The ideal candidate is both creative and technically skilled - adept at preparing flawless production files, coordinating photo and video shoots, and collaborating closely with designers, marketers, and cross‑functional partners to produce high‑quality, on‑brand work.

This role is fully onsite in San Jose, CA.

Role expectations
  • Become a brand steward, ensuring all creative outputs align with established guidelines.
  • Bring a passion for innovation by pushing creative boundaries to keep the brand fresh, dynamic, and relevant.
  • Ensure technical accuracy and quality control for all files and mechanicals; package assets for handoff to internal platforms and external vendors.
What we're looking for
  • Education & Experience:

    2+ years of experience in multimedia design, motion graphics, or digital content creation, and/or a bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Pay Transparency

If provided, base salary or wage rate ranges are the range in which Align reasonably expects to set a candidate’s pay for the posted position. Actual placement depends on the individual skills and experience level of a candidate plus the total compensation and equity across team members. For other locations outside of the primary location, the base salary range will be adjusted geographically.

For Field Sales roles, the salary listed is the base pay only and does not include the applicable incentive compensation plan. A cost of living adjustment may be added to base pay for higher cost areas in the U.S.

Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
