IFU Technical Writer

• Contract Duration: 12 months – estimated to end 2/2027 (Contract extension possibilities and internal hire potential)
• Location: 100% onsite – San Jose, California (95138)
• Type: W2 contract (No C2C or third party)
• Work Authorization: Must be currently in the United States with active employment authorization documents
• Pay: Negotiable up to $43-$48 an hour based on direct related experience

• Primary focus on the remediation of IFUs and labels to the latest regulations and standards for electronic IFUs
• Convert IFUs from Adobe source files to DITA XML within a content management platform (preferred experience: Arbortext/Windchill) and update content
• Remediate labels, including creating new label templates and new labels in Prisym and Adobe platforms
• Create documentation to demonstrate compliance with the latest regulations and standards for electronic IFUs, including creation of part numbers and change management
