• Taking ownership of the creative concept and design, for Tik Tok;
• Analyze feedback from users, using metrics to develop strategies that drive engagement and improve overall metrics and user experience;
• Research aesthetic preferences across different countries, leveraging cultural understanding to help the team achieve diverse styles and perspectives;
• Bring creative ideas to the table by exploring valuable initiatives beyond animations, including but not limited to short video production, physical collectibles, and special effects filters.

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Most recent portfolio must be submitted with application to be considered
• Strong in interaction design, and regularly execute prototypes using tools like Figma.
• Motion design, virtual design, creative design, brand design experience.
• Great communication skills to be able to articulate your concepts, vision and decision‑making.
• Results oriented and resilient. Ability to join within a startup culture which celebrates efficiency and driving impact.
• AI related experience or interest

• Relevant internship experience in creative/visual design.
• Understanding of global products/environment, markets and styles.
• Experience working in a fast‑changing, hands‑on work environment.

Compensation Description (Annually): $80,223 - $151,112 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
