Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and present detailed construction cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Lead construction projects through all phases, from preconstruction planning to final closeout, ensuring schedule and budget objectives are met
• Oversee project controls, including budgeting, scheduling, cost tracking, and change management
• Manage documentation workflows, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
• Identify potential project risks through site evaluations, lead-time analysis, and constructability reviews
• Support the preparation of RFPs, bids, and proposal packages
• Build and strengthen client relationships while contributing to new business development efforts
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and professional organizations

• Strong knowledge of construction project management, including estimating, bidding, subcontractor coordination, permitting, scheduling, billing, and project closeout
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Experience supporting Life Sciences or Biotech construction projects is preferred
• Familiarity with Plan & Spec, MEP Design-Build, and Design-Build delivery methods
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Project
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software preferred
• Solid understanding of all construction trades, including MEP systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Client-focused mindset with a strong emphasis on service and relationship building
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize workload
• LEED accreditation or sustainability experience is a plus
