Job Description:
We are seeking a results‑oriented Senior Hardware NPI planner to coordinate with cross‑functions teams and manage cable level and paddle card level NPI planning, supply vs demand, etc. In this role, you will partner with cross‑functional teams on the AEC cable and paddle card demand by each SKU, work with the contract manufacturers on the supply to meet our demand.
Key Responsibilities- Manage consolidated view of demand, supply and build plan for each SKU.
- Interface with internal groups and external vendors to plan and procure material needed for the builds.
- Manage builds and FG&WIP at cable and paddle card CMs and coordinate the builds to meet our demand.
- Manage logistics for movement of materials, cable assemblies between involved parties as applicable.
- Identify and resolve any manufacturing/logistics hotspots/roadblocks impacting supply/delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in NPI planning in cable/module area.
- Proven track record of cable/module NPI planning management.
- Good communication skills between cross‑functions.
- Willingness to travel to suppliers in Asia as needed.
- Must be fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Experience in Optics/Electrical modules/AECs is highly desirable.
