Project Manager, Operations Manager

Job Description

• Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates from drawings and specifications
• Oversee the planning and delivery of construction projects, from concept to closeout, ensuring project is completed on time and within budget
• Manage document control, including cost control, schedule control and change order administration
• Manage and estimate multiple projects concurrently
• Identify and manage risks, including lead time assessments and site assessments
• Assist in RFP package preparation
• Develop new clients while supporting and maintaining existing clients
• Participate in trade shows and industry organizations

• Well versed in all aspects of project management including bidding, estimating, subcontracting, permitting, cost management, project documentation, scheduling, billing and close out
• Bachelor’s degree with a preference in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent experience
• Experience in Life Science/Biotech projects is a plus
• Experience working under Plan Spec, MEP Design-Build and Design-Build
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel and Project
• Procore experience desired
  
  Good understanding of all trades-including MEP
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written

• LEED accreditation is a plus
