• Develop accurate, competitive estimates and bid packages for a variety of construction and industrial projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to determine labor, materials, and scheduling needs
• Partner closely with project managers, sales, and field teams to ensure alignment on scope and pricing
• Analyze vendor quotes, cost data, and historical project information
• Refine estimates to support profitability, consistency, and successful project execution

• 3+ years of estimating experience in construction, industrial services, or a related field
• Strong analytical and technical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Clear communication, sound judgment, and strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office
