Key Responsibilities

• Supervise construction and installation of water, wastewater, sewer, storm, and pipeline systems
• Manage on-site crews and subcontractors across multiple active projects
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers on schedules, budgets, and execution plans
• Ensure all permits, environmental, and safety requirements are met
• Conduct site inspections and proactively address safety or efficiency issues
• Resolve field and personnel challenges before they impact schedule
• Review and approve daily field reports and project documentation

Ideal Candidate

• 10+ years of experience in public works, sewer, water, storm, or pipeline construction
• Proven experience working as a Superintendent managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Background with a heavy civil contractor (required)
• BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-accountability field environments

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 depending on experience
