We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our crew as Rakers and Asphalt/Concrete Laborers. In this hands-on role, you’ll assist with asphalt paving, patching, grading, and concrete prep and finishing. You’ll work on a variety of pavement maintenance projects that directly improve the safety and appearance of properties throughout our region.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys outdoor work, thrives in a team setting, and takes pride in doing high-quality physical labor. No prior experience is necessary—we’ll train you to succeed.

• Assist with asphalt and concrete work including raking, shoveling, compacting, and finishing.
• Work with hot mix asphalt, seal coat, crack filler, and other materials as needed.
• Operate or assist with light machinery such as plate compactors, blowers, or walk-behind rollers.
• Prepare work sites by cleaning and prepping surfaces.
• Maintain safe and clean job sites at all times.
• Support the crew in achieving daily production goals while ensuring high-quality results.
• Follow direction from crew leaders and communicate effectively on-site.
• Perform additional general labor duties as assigned.

• Valid CA driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Physically able to lift 75 lbs and work in outdoor conditions for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• A positive, team-first attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
• Experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is helpful but not required.
• Familiarity with small equipment or paving/concrete tools is a plus.
