Responsibilities
About the team
The API Product Team facilitates partners, advertisers, and developers in buying Ads on Tik Tok  collaborate with developers to define, build, and launch features that address key pain points and leverage partners' unique capabilities during the ads buying process.

We are currently innovating to redefine the marketing experience and how third-party companies interact with advertisers. This is a high-visibility role that lays the foundation for future developer collaboration. The role entails working with cross-functional stakeholders to set and align the strategic direction of the product.

Responsibilities:
- Lead product development and execution for their product by collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Partner Management teams to clearly understand customer pain points.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products from concept to launch.
- Write Product Specifications to clearly define requirements, make thoughtful product decisions to solve customer problems, make trade-off decisions, and communicate effectively.
- Define success metrics and closely collaborate with the Data Science team to analyze product success.

Qualifications


Minimum Qualifications :
- BA/BS degree
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, managing full product cycles, integrating customer feedback, and driving prioritization. (

- Experience in solving ambiguous problems and executing complex projects by aligning leadership.
- Experience in the advertising tech industry.
- Strong internal and external communication skills
- Analytical and data/result-driven. Understand shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with API integrations and platform development.
- Familiarity with Tik Tok's advertising ecosystem.
- Previous experience working in a startup or fast-growing environment.
