Senior Product Manager, Tech Focused

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in product management or a related field
• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market research and usability studies
• In-depth knowledge of AML/KYC regulations and compliance
• Proficiency in managing product profitability and budget considerations
• Ability to lead sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
• Excellent collaboration skills to partner with cross-functional teams
• Experience with A/B testing and iterative design methodologies
• Understanding of competitive practices and market trends
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with leadership and stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Utilize data to derive insights that align with product or platform objectives
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product requirements
• Conduct research and market analysis to support data-driven strategies
• Monitor product profitability metrics and budget adherence
• Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with content developers, data scientists, product designers, and UX researchers to uncover new opportunities
• Translate AML/KYC regulations into concrete product requirements
• Identify innovative opportunities and facilitate experimentation efforts to enhance KYC processes
• Cooperate with Compliance and Policy teams to evaluate risks and propose viable solutions
• Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Policy, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure alignment on regulatory matters and product launches
• Manage the entire product development life cycle from requirements refinement to backlog prioritization and collaboration with scrum teams
