Senior Learning & Development Specialist, Business Enablement

Join Samsung Semiconductor as a Senior Learning & Development Specialist in our Business Enablement pillar. We empower teams to learn, grow, and reach full potential through strategic L&D partnerships.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead needs assessment discussions with business leaders to uncover capability gaps.
  • Design or curate workshops, online modules, and digital learning experiences aligned with functional priorities.
  • Facilitate virtual and in‑person learning sessions that drive engagement and application.
  • Manage learning programs end‑to‑end, ensuring smooth logistics and operations.
  • Track learning outcomes and provide data‑driven insights to continuous improvement.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5‑8 years in L&D, talent development, or OD consulting.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and consulting skills.
  • Experience conducting needs assessments and designing learning content.
  • Project management skills and ability to work in a fast‑changing environment.
  • Inclusive mindset and commitment to diverse collaboration.
Benefits & Compensation

Base Pay Range: $91,280 — $132,720 USD

Location

Daily onsite presence at our San Jose office/headquarters in alignment with our Flexible Work policy.
