The Role

As a member of the Buying Programs organization, you will work in close partnership with multiple teams to prioritize and drive projects that are top‑of‑mind for the business. This is an outstanding opportunity to collaborate with product, engineering, go‑to‑market, and sales teams in addition to all supporting functions in Finance and Operations!
This position requires someone who can jump from high‑level strategic problem solving to execution seamlessly. The ideal candidate will also have the business savvy to understand the appropriate considerations needed for thoughtful decision‑making, has a strong internal drive, and a track record of leading projects from end‑to‑end.
Key Responsibilities- Drive product ownership by creating, prioritizing, and testing user stories aligned with business needs, project dependencies, and strategic goals.
- Develop and refine user stories, ensuring prioritization based on customer impact and organizational objectives.
- Define clear acceptance criteria and collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and end users to develop and carry out test plans.
- Champion the creation and upkeep of system and process documentation for transparency and scalability.
- Build positive relationships with collaborators, guiding them through impact analysis, user acceptance testing, and adoption of changes that deliver measurable business value.
- Act as a trusted subject matter expert on business processes and systems for both internal teams and customer‑facing initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of full‑time, meaningful, and relevant work experience.
- Experience in a pricing‑focused role, with demonstrated expertise in pricing strategy, analysis, and execution.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to research and identify issues, root cause, and proposed resolution.
- Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization.
- Proven confidence and flexibility in dynamic environments with ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Approach work with positive energy, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Working knowledge of standard software applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Acrobat, Outlook).
- Scrum and business change management certification a plus.
- Nice to have skills include experience with Jira, SAP, Atlassian Confluence, Tableau, , and automation processes.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Compensation$70.43 per hour.
