Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in San Jose, CA.

Responsibilities
  • Develop an understanding of document creation and management workflows across business professional segment.
  • Manage offer creation process including partnering with pricing ops and other X-teams. Create business requirements document. Support offer definition and strategy, and defining pricing strategies.
  • Go-To-Market Support. Contribute to launch planning and execution for new offers and features, or new pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with all marketing and GTM functions to define and implement growth plans and campaigns.
  • Craft compelling value propositions and product narratives for Acrobat offers and insure that messaging is clear, differentiated, and resonates across business professional personas and use cases.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and unmet needs.
  • Partner with product, GTM, analytics, and other PMM teams to shape product roadmap and advocate for customer needs.
  • Collaborate and align with cross functional teams, such as B2B PMM marketing, business model strategy, finance, product, program management, pricing ops, etc.
Required Skills
  • 8 year of experience in product marketing, product management, or strategy
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.
  • Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills with the ability to appropriately communicate with the intended audience, especially executives
  • Proven success in driving and completing complex initiatives such as product launches
  • Proven success in driving cross functional alignment.
  • Ability to handle complex, highly cross-functional projects with a highly matrixed environment
  • Ability to work with technical teams – can help translate business requirements into technical requirements
  • Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and think quick on your feet given the fast change in business needs
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, and ability to develop positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Excellent documentation skills and high attention to detail to ensure that timelines are met and key issues are managed
  • Quick learner and proactive in solving problems
Preferred Skills
  • MBA preferred
  • Experience working in high tech environment or with SaaS and mobile a plus
