Duties
  • Develop an understanding of document creation and management workflows across the business professional segment.
  • Manage offer creation process including partnering with pricing ops and other cross-functional teams. Create business requirements documents. Support offer definition and strategy, and define pricing strategies.
  • Go-To-Market Support:
    Contribute to launch planning and execution for new offers and features, or new pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with all marketing and GTM functions to define and implement growth plans and campaigns.
  • Craft compelling value propositions and product narratives for Acrobat offers and ensure that messaging is clear, differentiated, and resonates across business professional personas and use cases.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and unmet needs.
  • Partner with product, GTM, analytics, and other PMM teams to shape the product roadmap and advocate for customer needs.
  • Collaborate and align with cross-functional teams, such as B2B PMM marketing, business model strategy, finance, product, program management, pricing ops, etc.
Skills
  • 8 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or strategy.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.
  • Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills with the ability to appropriately communicate with the intended audience, especially executives.
  • Proven success in driving and completing complex initiatives such as product launches.
  • Proven success in driving cross-functional alignment.
  • Ability to handle complex, highly cross-functional projects in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Ability to work with technical teams - can help translate business requirements into technical requirements.
  • Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and think quickly on your feet given fast-changing business needs.
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Excellent documentation skills and high attention to detail to ensure that timelines are met and key issues are managed.
  • Quick learner and proactive in solving problems.
  • Experience working in a high-tech environment or with SaaS and mobile is a plus.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of product marketing or equivalent experience.
