What You’ll Do- Incorporate advanced analysis techniques using Business Intelligence (BI) and process design tools to enhance the precision of business process frameworks, ensuring they align closely with strategic objectives.
- Employ innovative solutions and best practices to optimize operations for scalability and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and improve operational efficiency. Leverage insights from market trends and organizational data to inform strategic decision‑making and ensure long‑term sustainability.
- Foster strong relationships between project teams and departments to streamline business processes. Utilize integrated solutions to enhance productivity and performance across the organization.
- Identify areas for improvement within business processes and implement targeted enhancements to drive efficiency and reduce costs. Continuously refine processes using innovative methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop robust frameworks to identify and mitigate potential risks to business operations. Implement contingency plans to ensure continuity and resilience in the face of disruptions.
- Define key metrics to assess process performance and drive continuous improvement. Regularly review performance data to identify areas for enhancement and implement strategic actions to achieve business objectives.
- Generate actionable insights from data analysis to support decision‑making at all levels of the organization. Communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner to facilitate strategic planning and decision‑making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Utilize data‑driven insights to optimize resource allocation and manage project timelines and risks effectively.
- Efficiently strategize the management of legacy systems, integrating data‑driven approaches for modernization and optimization. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize updates and minimize disruptions, while continuously monitoring performance for ongoing improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Management Information Systems (MIS), Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital transformation, business process re‑engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully transforming business processes using technology.
- Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Strong understanding of business operations (such as Sales, Credit, Inventory, and Logistics) and process innovation.
- Self‑driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work with cross‑functional teams in successfully delivering projects.
- Good documentation skills are highly preferred.
- Business operation background is a plus.
- Comfortable working with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
- Experience with business architecture frameworks and tools (e.g., TOGAF, BPMN).
- Knowledge of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, blockchain, cloud computing).

Base Pay Range: $113,600—$172,800 USD. Individual pay rates depend on a number of factors—including the role’s function and location, as well as the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, education, and training. We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance.
