• Lead the Communications and Technology group for estimating and managing project-oriented work
• Mentor junior estimators to enhance their skills in products and processes
• Develop tools for the Telco Team to organize opportunities and manage projects

• Ability to think creatively to develop broadband sales solutions
• Strong collaboration skills to work across different departments and with external partners
• Quick learner with technical proficiency in supporting the sales process
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Database background and experience
• 7 years of industry or distributor sales experience
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or over 5 years of related experience
