Our client, a leading organization in the technology and manufacturing sector, is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist I to join their team. As a Sales Operations Specialist I, you will be part of the Sales Support Department supporting customer account management and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist I

Location: San Jose, CA

Pay Range:

Shift: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday;
Standard hours Monday-Friday

• Provide customer account support by booking orders in Oracle and adjusting ship dates based on factory planning.
• Ensure effective communication with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional departments to meet operational goals.
• Maintain compliance with SOX, ISO, and revenue recognition guidelines to uphold company standards.
• Manage customer demand, coordinate supply and logistics, and resolve operational issues to support scheduling requirements.
• Collaborate with demand and supply planning, logistics, and finance teams to align supply allocations with customer needs.

• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid schedule with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills to ensure clear and consistent customer interactions.
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle, is a plus.
• Willingness to adapt quickly and hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
