We're looking for a bold, customer‑obsessed engineering leader to own the growth of the Pay Pal Consumer App. You’ll drive the strategy, execution, and optimization of how millions of people discover, sign up for, and engage with Pay Pal. Your work will directly shape the front door of our ecosystem — from the first time someone hears about us, to their first transaction, and beyond.

• Directs and controls the best practices and procedures within multiple domains within engineering through subordinate leaders.

• Develops methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people across multiple domains and at an enterprise level.

• Owns relationship with executives and SLT to drive alignment and the creation of business AND technical objectives that will be executed within their organization.

• Responsible for the delivery of high complexity projects/programs with Enterprise impact.

• Develops and executes software development strategy to achieve key business and technical objectives which contributes to the development of overall engineering strategy.
