Business Strategy and Performance Consultant

As a Business Strategy and Performance Consultant on our Marketing team, you'll work hand‑in‑hand with our internal customers, all while building long lasting partnerships that thrive on success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with regional business segments to develop, execute, and track outcomes of strategies & tactics to drive business growth.
  • Set targets, identify performance gaps, and suggest action plans to close those gaps in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform segment and account strategies (market trends, customer needs, competitor activity).
  • Support Account Managers during the strategic planning process with process support, coaching, and subsequent analysis of outcomes.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies.
  • Provide insights on dashboards and reports to track key metrics and performance indicators across the organization.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regional segment leadership, sales teams, and other central functions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement plans to achieve business objectives.
Regional Segment and Account Strategy
  • Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform segment and account strategies.
  • Support Account Managers during the strategic planning process with process support, coaching and subsequent analysis of outcomes.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies.
Target Setting and Performance Gap Identification
  • Work with leaders to set targets and align key performance indicators (KPIs) for segments and accounts in regards to revenue and design wins.
  • Analyze data to identify performance gaps and work with cross‑functional team to implement action plans to drive gap closure.
  • Identify and share best practices across the organization to drive continuous improvement.
Data Analysis and Insights
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to drive business growth and suggest actions.
  • Provide insights on dashboards and reports to track key metrics and performance indicators and ensure understanding of KPI’s across the organization.
  • Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations to business leaders to inform decision‑making.
Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regional segment leadership, sales teams and other central functions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement plans to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills to Succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a strategic planning, account management, business development, or management consulting role.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with ability to analyze and develop insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with ability to understand the needs of the business.
Nice to Have
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience working in a similar industry or with similar products.
  • Certification in a relevant field, such as management consulting or business analysis.
  • Experience with data analytics tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
