Overview
Oversee the administration of the relocation policy and coordination of all aspects of the relocation process for corporate client transferees. Manage the daily activities of the corporate account, oversee property marketing and act as the first point of contact for the clients. Supervise and provide work direction to consultants and respond to and resolve questions from consultants, clients, agents and transferees.
Purpose of Job
Responsible for the strategic leadership and daily operations of the company’s relocation function. This role focuses on driving profitability by scaling the client base, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience for all relocating parties. You will serve as the primary liaison between third-party relocation management companies, broker networks, and our company network of sales associates.

- Client Service & Referral Management
- Field incoming and outgoing relocation leads and referrals from sales associates, third-party companies, broker networks, corporate clients, and website leads.
- Assess client needs and provide expert guidance throughout the entire relocation process.
- Supervise the end-to-end relocation journey, ensuring all administrative milestones are met with precision.
- Assign sales associates to leads and facilitate communication between all parties, including routine follow-ups with clients and agents.
- Assist with contract presentations, household goods movement, rental referrals, and property management tasks (maintenance, repair, utilities).
- Operations & Administration
- Maintain accurate referral records, databases, and client files while generating necessary reports and tracking systems.
- Review broker price opinions (BPOs) and assist sales associates with BMAs, marketing reports, closing arrangements, final billings, and commission payouts.
- Develop and maintain operational plans, budgets, and policies to align with company goals and improve overall profitability and efficiency.
- Schedule meetings, handle correspondence, prepare newcomer packets, and provide support to other relocation staff on special projects.
- Business Development & Networking
- Actively promote relocation services to company managers and sales associates through internal marketing initiatives, including newsletters, office presentations, and social media.
- Establish and foster relationships with coordinators in the RELO network and market services to third-party relocation companies and network brokerages.
- Represent the brokerage at regional and national industry events and conferences to expand company exposure.
- Drive recruitment for the agent relocation team and conduct training on relocation policies and procedures.
- Perform supervisory activities, including training, development, counseling, employee safety, and selection. Prepare annual performance appraisals on assigned staff.
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
- Meet all performance and behavior expectations outlined in the company performance appraisal form or communicated by management.
- Perform responsibilities as directed achieving desired results within expected time frames and with a high degree of quality and professionalism.
- Establish and maintain positive and productive work relationships with all staff, customers and business partners.
- Demonstrate the behavioral and technical competencies necessary to effectively complete job responsibilities. Take personal initiative for technical and professional development.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent knowledge and experience.
