Senior Product Manager, Risk Strategy and Operation

• Provide risk assessment and risk solution plans for different products and businesses, promote the implementation of relevant plans, and ensure the safe development of Tik Tok, live broadcast, e-commerce and advertising business.
• Develop forward-looking risk control strategies by analyzing user behavior, content, user feedback and other data; drive the improvement and upgrade of product safety mechanisms; be responsible for the effectiveness of risk solution plans.
• Collaborate with risk control R&D to build and improve risk perception, identification, intervention and governance effectiveness measurement systems; design common risk control products and services to support different businesses.
• Investigate trends in CIB networks across countries, identify new risk points from industry and business trends, deploy risk control mechanisms in advance to prevent risks, and maintain leading risk-control capabilities in the industry.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in computer/information security/statistics/mathematics or related fields preferred; technical background is a plus.
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, excellent learning ability, and goal orientation.
• Curiosity and self-motivation, willing to accept challenges and strive for excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of working experience in Internet products, preferably in strategy, risk control or related fields.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $165,120 – $311,600 annually in the selected city. Additional bonuses, incentives, and stock units may apply. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, paid leave, disability and life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and paid holidays. Benefits may vary by location.
