Procurement Specialist

• Lead procurement operations support for silicon programs and help navigate end-to-end procurement processes for direct materials, including supplier onboarding, purchase orders, supplier collaboration and supply chain visibility.
• Support transactional purchases and business process tasks in line with agreed service levels and promote preferred buying channels through to pay.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules for low risk / low dollar transactional spend.
• Partner with planning, logistics, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment on material requirements.
• Validate purchase requisition for accuracy, completion, required approvals and compliance with policy.
• Document and maintain SOPs, process documents and intranet pages.
• Support supplier registration process by proactively coordinating end-to-end and maintain supplier records and related documentation as current.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business process work-streams to resolve and reconcile issues.
• Collaborate with geographically distributed business process and application support teams to resolve technical issues and problems.

• 5-10 years of work experience, preferably in Procurement, Buying or Procurement Operations.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Ariba, S4 HANA, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• Graduate degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain principles.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment preferred.
