This role contributes to product strategy alongside cross‑functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the shared vision. It includes implementing an architectural roadmap that balances innovative design with regulatory requirements, customer needs, and profitability. The position focuses on enhancing customer experience and monitoring success metrics through usability studies and market analysis. Responsibilities also encompass managing work streams for analytics and competitive analysis, overseeing product profitability, participating in operational reviews, and collaborating with content developers, data scientists, and designers.

• Input to product strategy with cross‑functional stakeholders consistent with the shared vision for the product.
• Implement the architectural roadmap that balances innovative design and technical implementation, while balancing regulatory requirements, time‑to‑market, meeting customer needs and product profitability.
• Control for the customer experience and customer needs in product requirements and as an input to decision making.
• Monitor metrics that inform the success of products including usability studies, research and market analysis.
• Manage one or more work streams to include analytics, customer discovery, market research and competitive analysis to drive data‑driven decision‑making.
• Monitor product profitability measures, including budget.
• Participate in operational mechanisms that drive execution and accountability including Product Reviews, Operating Reviews, and Business Reviews. Interface with product leadership as needed.
• Partner with content developers, data scientists, product designers and user experience researchers.

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Annual pay range for this role is $152,500 to $262,350. The total compensation may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as applicable), equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
