Automotive Contract Clerk

Capitol INFINITI is hiring for an Automotive Contracts Clerk. Infiniti of San Jose is looking to add an Automotive Contracts Clerk to our fast-growing, independently owned dealer group. • Process New and Used Vehicle contracts in a timely manner, especially at the end of the month
• Payoff trades vehicles as soon as funding comes through
• Process Dealer Trades, Reconcile flooring
• Reconcile scheduled weekly and monthly, and maintain clean schedules
• Cancel and reconcile warranties
• Reconcile commissions/bonuses
• Process wholesale sales

• Minimum 2 years automotive accounting experience / automotive experience
• Excellent computer skills
• Detail-oriented and able to perform in a highly fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with ability to research and follow-through
• Professional and dependable
• Friendly demeanor and a goal to further their career
• CDK/ADP experience preferred
