Optical Test Technician

Team Credo is seeking an Optical Test Technician to support the validation and testing of next‑generation optical modules. In this hands‑on role, you’ll run automated tests, troubleshoot optical test setups, and work closely with test engineering teams to set up and operate optical measurement equipment.

You’ll also perform detailed hardware inspections under a microscope, follow test procedures with strong attention to detail, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to help keep testing on schedule and aligned with project priorities.

Base salary range is $40,000 - $60,000 a year. The base salary offer will depend on factors such as education, experience, training, skills, qualifications, and location. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.

• Set up and operate automated test equipment for optical modules and components.
• Execute detailed test procedures to ensure product quality and consistency.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills (Emails and data entry).
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail for inspecting microelectronic and optical components and modules.

• Experience with automated testing equipment.
• Familiarity with testing processes and quality standards.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members.
• Problem‑solving skills for minor troubleshooting of test tools.
