• Schedule network commercials within various syndicated radio programming
• Place individual advertiser’s commercials to ensure optimal rotation and avoid conflicts
• Fulfill specialized advertiser scheduling requests as needed
• Proof commercial logs for accuracy and maintain quality control of commercial audio
• Track weekly deadlines and maintain records of completed logs and revisions

• Exceptional attention to detail
• 4-year college degree or relevant traffic-related work experience in Radio/TV/Advertising
Previous clerical work and data entry experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work quickly and accurately
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Experience in a team environment and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Willingness to work overtime if needed
• Skills in problem-solving using established procedures
