- Reliable, professional, and self‑motivated.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to learn or working knowledge of legal order and case management tools, including Safari and JIRA.
We are seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented Part‑Time Administrative Assistant to support the Legal and Compliance team. This onsite role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and can handle sensitive legal and compliance information with discretion. The role plays a key part in maintaining efficient legal operations and day‑to‑day administrative support.
Responsibilities- Open, sort, scan, and digitally distribute incoming legal and operational mail.
- Maintain secure handling and storage of confidential materials.
- Review incoming legal emails and upload digital files to the legal order management tool.
- Identify and enter key details (e.g., serving party, case number, type of legal order) into the legal order management system.
- Enter and update case details in the litigation management system.
- Maintain accurate and organized legal records.
- Generate and distribute basic reports as needed.
- Prepare, edit, and organize legal or business documents.
- Support ad hoc legal and administrative requests as assigned.
- Experience supporting administrative or legal operations.
- Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Familiarity with litigation management or legal order management systems.
- Experience working in a legal or compliance environment.
