The Student Success & Services Coordinator provides comprehensive program support, academic advising, and student success services for a diverse student population. The role analyzes retention, persistence, time-to-degree, and survey data to inform recruitment, accreditation, and program planning. The coordinator recommends policy and process improvements, manages projects that enhance the student experience, and serves as a key liaison among College leadership, departments, and University offices.
The position requires strong judgment and discretion in resolving student issues and ensuring timely communication across stakeholders.
