Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities and Fleet Coordinator to oversee the administration and maintenance of our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and efficiency of our fleet and facility to support the business's goals and objectives. This role is crucial for maintaining the operational efficiency and safety of our business. Essential

Functions
  • Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the facility, including office spaces, warehouses, security systems, and network infrastructure sites.
  • Execute preventive maintenance programs to ensure the long-term efficiency and safety of all building systems and equipment.
  • Support compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
  • Support facility-related projects such as renovations, equipment installations, and workspace reconfigurations.
  • Monitor HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other critical building systems to ensure continuous operation.
  • Manage vendor relationships for facility maintenance, repairs, janitorial services, security, and landscaping.
  • Reconcile and document facility operations, which include utilities, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Maintain an inventory of facility-related assets, supplies, and equipment.
  • Respond quickly to facility-related emergencies to minimize disruptions and support business continuity.
Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements
:
An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business management, facilities management, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in facilities coordination or property management; 1–2 years of experience assisting with fleet or vehicle asset management preferred.

  • Proven experience in facilities coordination, ideally in the telecommunications or FTTH industry.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance best practices and facility management techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for fleet and facility management.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • Valid Driver’s License
