• Send mail alert to the correct recipients.
• Prepare international shipping documents.

• Prior exposure to SAP or other ERP systems for logging shipments, tracking inventory, or updating billing and shipping records.
• Experience preparing international shipping documentation and working with customs-related forms or requirements.
• Background supporting mailroom operations in a corporate headquarters or regulated environment where confidentiality, accuracy, and process adherence are critical.

• Experience handling inbound and outbound mail in a corporate or logistics environment, including receiving, logging, labeling, and coordinating pickups with major couriers (UPS, Fed Ex, DHL).
• Demonstrated, day-to-day use of computers and systems, including Google Suite and courier platforms such as Fed Ex Ship Manager or UPS World Ship.
• Ability to accurately track deliveries, maintain logs, manage inventory of mailroom supplies, and handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
