Construction Production Engineer

Ciarra Construction is looking for a detail-oriented Production Engineer to provide administrative and production support for active construction projects. This office-based role focuses on document control, schedule updates, and financial data entry to support project managers and field teams. The ideal candidate is reliable and detail-focused, comfortable working within established systems and processes, and values consistency and accuracy while supporting the team’s existing workflows.

• Administer and track project submittals, ensuring proper documentation and timely processing
• Log, distribute, and track RFIs through resolution
• Maintain and update the Carpentry Jobs List and related records
• Verify conformance of job lists with approved plans, schedules, and documentation
• Create and update production schedules using established templates
• Maintain production master schedules and update key dates
• Enter project budgets into the ERP system
• Process and post change orders into the ERP system
• Assist with project billing support and documentation
• Support Accounts Payable activities, including invoice tracking and data entry
• Maintain organized digital project files and records

• Experience in construction administration, project coordination, or office support
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and ERP systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in an office environment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, and Fieldwire
